Beginning November 23, 2008, the new USPS® postal regulations require that all Standard, Non-Profit and First-Class mailers have their mailing list move
update qualified within 95 days of a mailing, or the mailer will not qualify for the postal discounts available and accordingly have to pay a higher rate.
