Unlike the NCOALink™ file which is maintained and controlled by the United States Post Office®, the PCOA file is a compiled file that is
created from multiple, private sources.
You can supplement the NCOALink™ process with our own Proprietary Change of Address (COA) file to maximize your more Address Corrections,
or if your list has recently been processed through NCOALink™, you can do the PCOA as a stand alone service.

Over 1.7 million Canadians change addresses
annually. Canadian National Change of Address (CNCOA) matches mailing list
addresses to 36 months of change of address information for families,
individuals and businesses. Approximately 1.2 million of those movers file a
Change of Address Notification (COAN) form with Canada Post Corporation (CPC)
and grant consent to licensees to use the electronic data for Canadian Move
Update purposes. This service includes Canada Post approved Address Accuracy
Program processing, which is similar to U.S. Postal Service® CASSTM
approved address standardization. The Address Accuracy Program processing is
required to qualify for Canada Post’s Incentive Lettermail, Addressed Admail,
and Publications Mail rates.

With one order you get the advantage of our new NCOALink service including the DMA Mail Preference Service suppression flag and LACSLINK updates as well as identify deceased individuals in your files. Deceased matching is based on the full first name, last name and address of 49
million deceased individuals compiled over the last fifteen years. This file is updated on a quarterly basis.
