		Gender Codes Key
		----------------
		0 = Two or more names, but not a dual name line,
		       gender ambiguous
		1 = Almost certainly male
		2 = Probably male
		3 = Ambiguous
		4 = Probably female
		5 = Almost certainly female
		6 = Dual name; first is male, second is female
		7 = Dual name; first is female, second is male
		8 = Dual name; both names have same gender
		9 = Dual name; gender of one or both names, 
		    or prenames, is ambiguous
